What are my delivery options?

Standard Delivery £3.50

Please allow 3-5 working days for the order to be received.

*Providing our carriers services are functioning normally and there are no adverse weather conditions, or other factors which are out of our control.

These dates and times for delivery are not guaranteed and are all subject to availability from our on-site warehouse.

What countries do you ship to?

We are currently only shipping to the UK.

How do I track my order?

As soon as your order has been placed, you will received a confirmation email. The
next email you should expect to receive is a dispatch email that will provide you with a tracking number. You can use this on the Yodel tracking website or through the Yodel App.

When will I receive my order?

Standard Delivery takes 3-5 working days

What happens if I am not at home to accept my delivery?

If you miss the first delivery attempt, the Yodel driver will attempt to deliver two more times before you are then able to arrange to collect your parcel from their local depot.

What should I do if my order isn't delivered?

If you haven’t received your parcel in the allotted time frame please use the tracking information provided on the Yodel website. If this doesn’t give you a satisfactory update, please send us an email so we can investigate this with Yodel.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched you will receive an email with your delivery details and a tracking number. You'll be able to track your delivery here: https://www.yodel.co.uk/track 

Do I have to request for prices to be removed for a gift card?

If you’re purchasing an item as a gift you’ll be pleased to know we’re helping to keep the surprise by not including any prices on our price tags.
