Returns Policy

Returned merchandise from a qualifying order

Within our standard returns policy, you have 28 days to return your item to us. You will need to email us at admin@rita-anthony.co.uk requesting your return, stating your full name, original delivery address and the details of the item you wish to return, along with the reason for return. An acceptance of your return will be confirmed by email to you within 7 days. If an acceptance email for your return is not received, we reserve the right to reject any returned goods. You are responsible for safely packaging the item and for the cost of postage, unless goods are damaged or faulty upon your receipt of the item(s). We will not accept any returns for non-faulty items that have been used and/or tags removed. Any item/s returned to us will be credited back to the original payment method at the price paid, excluding the delivery charge.

All returned items must be unused and in their original packaging. Items must have the label attached, complete with any protective covers on the item and/or hardware. Do not fold or bend the item when repackaging it to return to us.

These conditions are in line with our standard Returns Policy. Failure to return an item in the same condition it was delivered in will either result in the refund being void or only part of the refund being processed, depending on the condition in which it arrives back to us.
